About Joyce Li
I enjoy seeing and helping people thrive. I grew up helping my parents with our Chinese food restaurant in Mexico. From a young age, I was involved in the people business, and I enjoyed seeing our customers’ smiling faces. When I immigrated to the U.S. at 11, I chased that feeling by becoming a peer mentor, advisor, and educator throughout my high school and college years. Given all this, it was natural to gravitate towards the people business in my professional life. In my internships in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, I found fulfillment and joy in being a resource to others and ensuring that they had the means to succeed. In University Recruiting, I work passionately to recruit our next intern cohort, and build up our internship program, where my priorities lay in ensuring our interns' growth and sense of inclusion. My multicultural background, my experiences, and my strong work ethic have enabled me to thrive in a fast, collaborative environment while constantly putting people first.
