About Jeff Becker
I help incredible people set incredible ideas in motion. I started out valet parking and working as an intern helping startups go to market before learning to sell at Xerox. In search of a faster growing industry, I moved to LinkedIn as we took the business from 100m to 770m members, from IPO to acquisition by MSFT, and from $600m in revenue to $10B. In those same years, as a side project, I started a DTC brand with a friend from college, helping music lovers fix their earbuds. We grew it to 250,000 customers including partnerships with Best Buy and Shark Tank’s Daymond John. In 2016, I began angel investing into companies focused on health, wealth, and happiness in an attempt to angle my career toward the intersection of my experiences and curiosities. In 2018, I began mentoring at emerging funds, and moving closer toward a career in VC. Now at Antler, we’re on course to start 10,000 companies over 10 years, and by extension, will help millions of people experience the magic of entrepreneurship and scaling businesses—two things that have shaped my entire professional life.
