Company History
RISE Kombucha, originally founded under the name Crudessence Kombucha, has been brewing in Montreal, Quebec since 2008. In 2012, the company rebranded to RISE Kombucha. One notable milestone was in 2018 when RISE received a significant investment from Lyra Growth Partners, allowing the production facility to triple in size. Another milestone was in 2020 when RISE launched its 1g line to meet market demands. Recently, in 2023, the company introduced RISE Better Soda, a line of sodas with 100% natural ingredients, low sugar and calories, and added fiber.

RISE Kombucha’s Classic line has a 12-month shelf life at bottling, while the 1g line features an 8-month shelf life. All products are unpasteurized and raw, requiring refrigeration to maintain their quality.
