Jen Horonjeff serves as the Founder and CEO of Savvy Cooperative, which was established in 2016. Savvy Cooperative is recognized as the first patient-owned public benefit co-op that facilitates co-design between patients and healthcare innovators. Education and Expertise

Jen Horonjeff holds a PhD in Environmental Medicine from New York University, where she studied from 2011 to 2015. She also earned a Master's degree in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from New York University from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Biomedical Engineering from UC Irvine, studying from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, she is a Certified Pilates Instructor, having completed her training at Body Arts and Science International in 2005. Her educational background supports her expertise in patient engagement and healthcare innovation.

Professional Experience

Jen Horonjeff has held various significant roles throughout her career. Since 2015, she has worked as a Consumer Representative at the FDA. From 2015 to 2019, she was an Officer in Patient-Centered Outcomes Research at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Currently, she is a Senior Producer and Co-Host at OffScrip Media, a position she has held since 2020. She also serves as a Faculty Member at Columbia Business School Executive Education and as a Mentor at Entrepreneurship Lab (ELabNYC) Bio & Health Tech, both roles she has maintained since 2019.
