TLDR: positive leader who thrives in team problem solving. I've spent the last decade building the general manager toolkit - now I want to use it :) At Ticketmaster, I am currently driving the transition to an entirely identity based digital ticket ecosystem to deliver convenience, security and added value to fans, artists, and venues. In response to canceled and rescheduled events due to COVID-19, I built and managed a primary ticket refund program that since inception has refunded more than $2B to fans. This included direct and indirect management over 25+ people across product, tech, analytics, operations, client teams and call center. I supported the head of Enterprise in a chief of staff role, where we built product and services strategy across client tooling (events, sales, reports) and premium yield management (pricing, marketing, analytics). I also worked on the Strategy team supporting COO & President on critical projects. As a consultant at Bain, I partnered with top 100 fortune companies across healthcare, retail and tech and spent nearly a year on conducting private equity due diligences. I have also freelanced in strategy, product and operations work across energy and healthcare and the non-profit sector.
