Treaty Oak Distilling offers a diverse selection of whiskey products, including Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon, The Day Drinker, Old Fashioned Cocktail, Peach Julep, Whiskey Myers Red Handed Bourbon, and Schenley Reserve Rye. These products are crafted using locally sourced heirloom grains from Barton Springs Mill and aged in barrels from Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky. They also provide a Single Barrel Select program where participants can sample and select their preferred bourbon barrel.

Founded in 2006, Treaty Oak Distilling was the fourth distillery operating in Texas at that time. The distillery derives its name from the famous 500-year-old Treaty Oak tree in Austin, Texas, symbolizing the rich history and tradition that the company embraces.
